Terms of Enrolment

Protector Class is operated by ADMBA ONE INC. These terms form the agreement between you and that company.

1. What your tuition buys

Tuition is $997 USD, plus any applicable sales tax, as a single payment. It buys a seat in the four-week Protector Class programme: self-paced modules, portal access, review of your recorded roleplay by the Protector Class team within 24 hours of submission, review of your live calls by the founder on request, and the Protector Class certificate on completion.

Tuition buys the training and the certificate only. It does not buy employment, a guaranteed income, or work with any company. Every rep starts with 20 leads and earns 20 more with every close. Certified reps in Canada receive 40 leads a month instead. In the United States, certified reps’ leads work the same as the free track.

2. What the certificate is, and is not

The Protector Class certificate is a private training certificate. It is not an accredited qualification or a licence, and it does not guarantee work or income. It is issued by ADMBA ONE INC. It is not accredited by CompTIA, (ISC)², ISACA, or any government or statutory body, and we do not represent it as equivalent to those credentials. It evidences completion of our training and nothing further.

3. Selling for Protector Class

You do not need the certificate to sell for us. Anyone may apply for the commission-only contractor agreement at no cost. That agreement is an independent, commission-only sales contract, in which you contact businesses that have not asked to hear from us. It is with ADMBA ONE INC, the company that operates Protector Class. You will be selling the Protector Class audit and monitoring services. Protector Class supplies the products and the leads, and ADMBA ONE INC pays your commission directly. It does not employ you.

The contractor agreement is a separate document between you and ADMBA ONE INC, with its own terms, which you will see before you sign it.

What that agreement does not include is a floor. Commission is earned on closes, so the compensation structure is itself the filter: what happens after activation depends entirely on your production.

You are an independent contractor if and when that agreement is signed. You are not an employee, and you are responsible for your own taxes and business registration. Earning little or nothing under it does not entitle you to a refund of tuition. You keep the certificate and your portal access either way.

4. Earnings

Read the Income Disclosure before you enrol. We do not guarantee that you will earn anything.

5. Course materials

Modules, portal software, prospect briefs, call scripts and internal documentation are owned by ADMBA ONE INC or its licensors, and are licensed to you for your own educational use during the cohort and for as long as you are actively selling with us. You may not redistribute or resell them, or use them to train others or to build a competing programme.

6. Conduct

This is a working environment. Keep the call reviews you book, complete the assignments, and treat instructors, fellow members and prospects professionally. Using our tooling for personal outreach unrelated to Protector Class products ends your access.

7. Confidentiality

Prospect briefs, client data, internal financials and named performance data shared during the cohort are confidential. You agree not to disclose them outside your cohort.

8. Refunds

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts unless both sides agree to arbitration.
