How rep pay works.
This is an independent, commission-only sales contract. You contact businesses that have not asked to hear from us. ADMBA ONE INC, the company that operates Protector Class, contracts you and pays you. Nothing on this page is a promise of income.
1. Rate card
You are paid per sale. These are the amounts we pay on each customer sale you close.
| Sale | You are paid | Customer pays |
|---|---|---|
| Forensic audit | $399 | $997 audit |
| Annual monitoring plan | $499 | $2,500 a year |
| Monthly monitoring | $89 every month the customer stays | $300 a month |
| Referral bonus | $200 per rep you refer, once | See below |
Commission is paid after a 14-day hold from the customer’s payment. If the customer is refunded, the commission is taken back.
Referral bonus. You can earn $200, once per person, for a rep you refer. When it is paid depends on whether you bought the certificate yourself:
- You have not bought the certificate: $200 when the person you refer completes the certificate, or when they close their first sale if they joined free and never buy it.
- You have bought the certificate: $200 when the person you refer closes their first sale to a business and it clears the 14-day hold.
The reason is simple: nobody who paid to join is ever paid because someone else paid to join.
2. A likely first month
Every rep starts with 20 researched leads, each with a written security brief, and earns 20 more with every close. Certified reps in Canada receive 40 leads a month instead. In the United States, certified reps’ leads work the same as the free track. The certificate does not change what a sale pays.
A new rep starts with 20 leads. At the 4 to 5% close rate we assume for new reps, that is about one closed audit in a first month, which pays $399. Many reps will close none, so a realistic range is $0 to $399. A certified rep in Canada with 40 leads would, at the same assumed rate, be looking at about two closed audits: roughly $0 to $798.
That close rate is an assumption. No rep has produced a real one yet.
3. Arithmetic, not a forecast
The rows below are what the rate card works out to at higher close counts. They are not a forecast. Nobody has earned them. Each row shows how many leads it would need, against the 20 you start with.
| Closed audits in a month | Audit commission | Leads that would need (at 4 to 5%) | Leads you start with |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $399 | 20 to 25 | 20 |
| 2 | $798 | 40 to 50 | 20, plus 20 after your first close |
| 5 | $1,995 | 100 to 125 | 20, plus 20 per close |
| 10 | $3,990 | 200 to 250 | 20, plus 20 per close |
Each close adds 20 leads. A certified rep in Canada starts each month from 40 leads instead of 20. To reach the 10-close row you would need to close at 5% on every batch, all month, starting from 20 leads (or 40 in Canada, if certified). Monitoring commission would be on top, only if customers buy monitoring. We have no data on how often they do.
We will replace this page with actual results, including reps who earned nothing, after the first full quarter of sales.
4. Risk factors
5. Certificate and refund
- Price: $997 USD plus applicable tax, one payment.
- Refund: Full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment. See the Refund Policy.
- What it does not change: Certified and uncertified reps are paid the same rate card. Leads: certified reps in Canada receive 40 a month; everywhere else, certified reps follow the free-track rule of 20 to start and 20 more with every close.
- What it is: The Protector Class certificate is a private training certificate. It is not an accredited qualification or a licence, and it does not guarantee work or income.
