Privacy Policy

Protector Class is operated by ADMBA ONE INC, which is the data controller for everything described below.

What we collect

At application: your name, email, phone number, city and region, your sales and industry background, and what you wrote about why you want in. We also log the IP address the application arrived from and your browser’s user-agent string.

At enrolment: payment details are collected by Stripe directly. We never receive or store your card number, only a masked reference and the transaction result.

During the programme: attendance, call activity, close attempts, coaching notes and assessment results.

Why we collect it

Who can see it

Your application and performance data is visible to ADMBA ONE INC staff running programme operations, and to the recruiter assigned to you if one is. We do not sell your data and we do not trade it.

We share it with service providers only where they are needed to run the programme: Stripe for payment processing, and our email delivery provider for sending you programme email. Those providers act on our instructions. We will also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email privacy@protectorclass.com from the address on your file and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Public pages set essential functional cookies only, for your session and for cross-site request forgery protection. The enrolled portal sets an additional authentication cookie. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the public pages during the pilot period. If that changes, this policy is updated first and a consent banner is added.
